Campbell Smith & Co have been awarded the contract to apply gold leaf finishes at the Maharishi Education Centre shortly due to begin construction at Rendlesham in Suffolk. The 1m high Kalash will be the centrepiece at the foundation stone laying ceremony, and on completion of the construction will be fixed atop the 3 storey building. The location of the Education Centre is very exposed, and in order to withstand the severe Suffolk winter winds and frost, is having two layers of 23.5 carat extra thick gold leaf applied.
